Michael Halperin is the creator of the ProcessWorks TM methodology. His 40-plus year career spans an unusually diverse array of organizations and functions. That includes seven years as a Business Process Management specialist, beginning as an entry-level analyst and culminating as Principal with a multi-million dollar Business Process consultancy. Since then, he has led four IT Services practices and founded or co-founded five start-ups. In addition to his role as founder and Visionary with ProcessWorks, Michael works with SMB’s as a Certified Implementer of the Entrepreneurial Operating
System (EOS®). EOS focuses on achieving excellence in the Six Key Components TM of a business, one of which is the Process component. Working initially with his EOS clients on their Process component, Michael leveraged his Business Process expertise to develop the ProcessWorks TM methodology. Michael resides in Harmony, PA with his wife Mary.
Sarah Halperin DiPerna is an experienced process improvement professional with a passion for helping companies thrive. She began her career as a public speaker at the age of 16 and taught Public Speaking at the University of Kansas. She spent the formative years of her professional career facilitating discussions, educating her peers and helping organizations grow by creating
productive process improvement and training programs. Over the course of her career she has worked in a diverse array of industries including Non-Profit Health Care, Business Process Outsourcing, Logistics, and Steel Manufacturing. Her roles in these organizations include Inside Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, Supply Chain Management, and Training Development and Management. Sarah helped found ProcessWorks to help businesses to find more clarity and success, and to help the people at the heart of those businesses become more fulfilled with their daily work. She resides in Pittsburgh, PA with her husband Jarrett.
